These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BV666 platform, including all content, features, games, betting markets and services made available through it.
BV666 does not operate a gambling licence in Pakistan and does not claim endorsement, authorisation or approval from any Pakistani government authority, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any provincial regulatory body. By accessing the Platform, creating an Account or placing any bet or wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless expressly stated otherwise.
Access to the Platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the applicable operator licence jurisdiction, to register an Account or use any real-money services on the Platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. BV666 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Where a User is found to be underage, their Account will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited and any deposited funds returned where practicable under applicable law.

Each User is permitted to hold only one Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
To access real-money features, you must register an Account by providing accurate, current and complete information. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes. The information required at registration typically includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, country of residence and preferred currency.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. BV666 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately via the support contact provided in Section 17.
BV666 reserves the right to suspend Accounts pending KYC verification at any stage. Standard KYC documentation may include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, proof of residential address and, where required, a selfie or liveness check. Users must upload documents only through the Platform's secure HTTPS verification portal. Submitting falsified, altered or third-party documents constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may result in criminal referral.
Deposits may be made using the payment methods displayed in your Account dashboard at the time of deposit. Payment method availability varies and is subject to change without notice. BV666 references payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast and bank transfers via institutions including HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — solely as examples of commonly used local payment infrastructure. BV666 does not represent that any of these organisations endorse, support or are affiliated with gambling or with this Platform.
All deposits must be made from payment instruments held in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the operator and displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits are processed in the currency specified in your Account settings; currency conversion fees may apply where applicable.
Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method held in the name of the Account holder, consistent with the method used for the most recent deposit where technically feasible. Before processing any withdrawal, BV666 reserves the right to request full KYC verification, source-of-funds documentation and any other reasonable due-diligence material as required under AML obligations.
Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are set by the operator and displayed within your Account. Withdrawals from Bonus Balances are not permitted until all applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. BV666 reserves the right to set a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day or per week; specific limits are displayed in your Account dashboard.
The Platform does not charge withdrawal fees unless expressly disclosed at the point of the request. However, your payment provider or banking institution may apply their own fees, over which BV666 has no control.

Bonuses are personal to the Account holder and may not be transferred, sold or exchanged. BV666 reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotion at any time with or without notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a User has already claimed it, accrued bonus funds will be honoured to the extent required under applicable operator rules.
All bets and wagers placed through the Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game, sport or event market. In the case of technical errors, system faults or data feed failures, BV666 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to user Accounts. In the event of a manifest pricing error — where published odds were clearly incorrect — BV666 reserves the right to void the affected transaction regardless of whether it has been settled.
For cricket betting markets covering PSL T20, ICC tournaments and other Pakistan-relevant fixtures, market rules (including how rain interruptions, abandoned matches, DLS method application and super overs are treated) are published in the sports-specific rules section of the Platform. Users are responsible for reading applicable market rules before placing bets.
Winnings credited to your Account following a successful bet will be added to your Real Money Balance and are subject to applicable withdrawal terms. Winnings derived from Bonus Balances remain subject to wagering requirements until fully cleared.

The Platform provides deposit limit tools, loss limit controls, session time reminders, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion options through your Account settings. The BV666 name, logo and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of BV666. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use BV666 trademarks or intellectual property for any commercial or public purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BV666 and its operators, directors, employees, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage, system failures or the cost of substitute services.
BV666 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the suitability of any content for a particular purpose.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
BV666 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it reasonably believes that:
Upon Account closure for breach of Terms, BV666 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from breaching activity. Real Money Balances will be returned to the User's verified payment method after completion of any required investigations, subject to applicable legal holds.
Users may request Account closure at any time by contacting BV666 Support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed promptly and the Account will be suspended for the requested period.
BV666 reserves the right to revise, amend or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, reasonable notice will be provided via the Platform or by email to the registered Account address. Continued use of the Platform following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the most recent revision. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licence jurisdiction, as specified in the operator's separate licensing documentation. BV666 does not represent that these Terms comply with Pakistani law, and Pakistani law may impose additional obligations or restrictions on users and on the enforceability of these Terms in Pakistan.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your Account or any transaction on the Platform should be raised first with BV666 Support. BV666 will endeavour to resolve disputes promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution mechanism under the applicable operator licence, details of which are available in the operator's publicly accessible licensing terms.
